Before beginning the design process, Ben will meet with any potential clients on site to discuss the project in detail, and find out if Aesthetic Landscape Designs is the right fit for the job.
A fee proposal outlining the project and stages of the design process is then sent for your consideration.

CONCEPT
The first concept outlines the vision of the design, with a detailed layout of the plan presented in colour, including inspiration images, indicated materials and planting style suggestions.

DETAIL DRAWINGS
Once the concept layout of the design has been confirmed the plans are then detailed for construction with updated labelling and elevation drawings.
A planting arrangement will also be completed detailing the locations, quantities & species of plants chosen for the design.

COUNCIL
If council approval is required for the project, the detailed set of drawings will include the necessary plan preparations for either DA or CDC lodgment.

PRODUCTS & FINISHES
Upon completion of the detailed drawings, previously indicated materials & finishes will be discussed further and confirmed.
A lighting plan will also be included at this stage outlining the suggested lighting layout.
